So, I had to run on my own this week...

And the only way I can get through it, it to take along my iPod. So, I just thought I'd share my "Run 4 Fun" playlist as it currently stands:

#1 Mr. Brightside - the killers (gets me revved up)

#2 I hope you Dance - Lee Ann Womack (makes me slow down my too fast from the start pace)

#3 Hot in Herre - Nelly (makes me laugh and has a good beat)

#4 Born to Hand Jive (the perfect upbeat to get you through the 1st mile and into the 2nd)

#5 I wasn't born to follow - Social Distortion (great rockin' beat with a punk non-conformist message - gets me pumped up)

#6 Somebody Told Me - the killers (good constant beat - plus reminds me of a guy my sister dated once that could've been mistaken for a girl)

#7 She's a knockout - social distortion (another good beat)

#8 Battleflag (Lo-Fidelity Allstars Remix) - Pigoeonhed (I like the beat - I use this song to remind me to focus on my breathing)

#9 Ridin' Chamillionaire & Krayzie Bone - (it's funny)

#10 Closer to Free - BoDeans (no reason)

#11 Honky Tonk Badonkadonk - Trace Atkins (why not??!!)

#12 Stagger Lee The Fabulous Thunderbirds ( If you haven't seen the movie Shag - then watch it - I love the end when they are shaggin' to this song - plus it gets me pumped up to finish big)

#13 Demolition Rickshaw! - the Aquabats -(great fired up beat - helps with a big finish)

#14 Mouth - Bush (slower for winding down and walking through a cool down)

So that's it - Wait - I listen to a repeat custom edit clip of Queen's "We are the Champions" when I do the Magic Mile.

Alright - whenever everyone signs in, up, or whatever...let's hear what you like to run to...
BTW: this playlist equals about 1 hour
